I had a lovely stay at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location near Pasar Turi train station, Tunjungan Plaza, and a vibrant night street food scene. The staff was attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my trip. My room was clean and nice, but it lacked a few amenities like slippers, which could be purchased at the reception. Overall, I would definitely return for the convenience and quality service I experienced.
